Everything about the tour from start to finish was amazing! Truly the best customer service I have ever received. Amy was always so prompt in answering all of my questions. Tyler Palma is a treasure...his knowledge, kindness, and flexibility made the trip so wonderful. I am already thinking about another Inside Japan Tour!

Amy was amazing. She answered all of my questions and responded immediately. She constantly kept me up-to-date....ex: your info packet is being sent today..check the client portal for information about cities visited..etc Customer service like that is a rarity today...so wonderful to see that it still exists at Inside Japan...thank you Amy!
